Born and raised in Southern California and currently enjoying life in Las Vegas. Desiree finds herself living each day to its fullest! She holds a degree from Cal Poly Pomona and a Masters in Marriage and Family therapy from Hope International University. For over a decade Desiree has worked in the non-profit sector where she spent most of her time with Mothers Against DrunkDriving and March of Dimes where she implemented and created programs for families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As long as Desiree is able to serve others for a living, she is living her true “Why.”

In 2016 Desiree decided to expand her knowledge of holistic wellness by becoming a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She then added to that realm of education with getting certifications in Yin Yoga, Trigger Point therapy, Hands on Assists, and Advanced Hands On Assists. By pairing all of the above with her specialized mental health training in trauma, postpartum depression, grief, and bereavement, she brings in true authenticity and shares inspiring, message-based yoga and workshops where students feel safe, loved, beautiful, and energized.

Desiree has brought Yoga experiences and her talks to both music and yoga festivals such as EDC (Electric Daisy Carnival), Daylight Beach Club, M Resort & Spa, and all over the US. She guides her clients through emotional healing by digging deep, helping women find their true “Why,” prompting changes for overall wellness, and reigniting the spark within. In her free time, Desiree loves looking for the best tasting cheeseburgers and spending quality time with her husband and three dogs Mia, Thor, and Maverick.
