Do I need any experience with yoga or meditation?

Absolutely not! This workshop is for all levels. The movements are gentle and the practices are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or physical ability. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore.

What should I bring?

Please bring a journal, a pen, a yoga mat, or a towel. We'll be using them for a guided writing exercise to help you envision your future. You might also want to bring a water bottle and a small blanket or cushion to make yourself more comfortable during the sound bath.

What if I'm not comfortable sharing my thoughts?

While there is a partner-sharing activity in Phase 1, it's completely optional. You can choose to simply listen to your partner and take in the experience, or you can find a quiet space to do the reflection on your own. We honor your personal journey

What is a "Sound Bath"?

A sound bath is a deeply meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal bowls and chimes. The vibrations from these ancient healing instruments are designed to help your mind and body enter a deeply relaxed state, allowing you to release stress.

How will I feel after the workshop?

You will likely feel a profound sense of peace and clarity. Many people leave with a feeling of newfound purpose, a calm nervous system, and a tangible sense of what their future self feels like. The goal is to provide you with tools and a feeling that you can carry long after the workshop is over.
