The Future of Work: Learning to Improvise, a C-Suite Conversation
Event Information
About this Event
This isn’t going away.
The office won't be what we remember.
The future of work will forever have virtual and safety-focused elements wrapped around in-person office environments. What 2020 taught us is that 2021 will continue to be different for leaders and teams to find pace, productivity, and connection. Much of that challenge continues in leaders' abilities to meet people where they're at physically, mentally, emotionally, and bring out the best in their team.
To get there we have to lean on tools and techniques that we may have not previously explored or strengthened as leaders.
Live, virtual, hybrid - we are all learning how to navigate multiple environments. To set the stage for success, leaders and teams need to model their culture and set clear boundaries.
Karen Hough, Founder & CEO of ImprovEdge!, will lead attendees in a series of fun improvisational exercises from ImprovEdge's ground-breaking new 3 part workshop, The Future of Work: Act Like an Improviser. The 'Future of Work' series brings fresh research, new exercises, and curates the best tools for managing diverse teams using empathy, collaboration, and improvisation.
