In this 90-minute class, David Marshall will guide you through the complete contemporary yoga experience. Through sacred chant, dynamic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, you’ll explore methods of transformation and self-discovery that span the physical, energetic, and meditative dimensions of practice. Expect a vigorous, well-rounded Vinyasa sequence that softens into restorative postures, subtle body awareness, Pranayama, and meditation.
About David Marshall
With more than 25 years of experience, David brings a grounded yet expansive approach to yoga. A former actor and model in New York City, he served as Studio Manager at Five Pillars Yoga on the Upper East Side and in the Hamptons. His training spans Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, and Restorative traditions. He is also a Reiki practitioner, Level II certified in Thai Yoga Massage, and a Kriya Yoga initiate in the lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda. Now based in Sag Harbor, David designs gardens and landscapes while continuing to teach both publicly and privately.
