Welcome to The Frequency of Light-A Conscious Connected Breathwork Circle!

🌙 Join us for an evening of deep release and renewal through the power of the breath.

Guided by Ivy Overby, certified and trauma-informed Integrative Breathwork Facilitator, this circle offers a safe and supportive space to experience Conscious Connected Breathwork — a practice that opens pathways for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and expanded states of awareness.

Through intentional conscious breathing patterns, you’ll be invited to let go of old programming, recognize your inner light, and return to a sense of clarity and peace. This practice is both illuminating and expansive, helping you align body, mind, and spirit.

✨ All are welcome — no prior experience needed.

✨ Please bring a, blanket, a journal, and water bottle.

✨ Wear comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal beforehand.

Ivy Overby is a certified and trauma-informed Integrative Breathwork Facilitator, 200 RYT Radiant Body Yoga teacher, and trained in Kundalini Rebirthing (100 hr). She is also certified in Ancestral Healing (60 hr, with Thomas Hübl) and Sylvotherapy (Japanese forest bathing).

With over 32 years as a conscious business owner, hairdresser, and natural skincare formulator, Ivy brings creativity, presence, and embodied wisdom into all she does. She empowers others through Embodied Self-Leadership, the path of 12-step recovery, and practices of collective consciousness.

A devoted Kriyavan and Kundalini yoga practitioner, Ivy is passionate about using the power of breath and movement to connect deeply with the energetic body.

A Colorado native, she treasures her 3 cats, 2 kids, and husband, and loves traveling, soaking in natural hot springs, and spending time in the mountains.
