About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

In this empowering workshop, we’ll explore how to build the strength, alignment, and body awareness needed to take your practice upside down—safely and confidently.
Through a combination of breathwork, mobility drills, and targeted strength training, you’ll learn how to:
🧘‍♀️ Activate and stabilize your core
💪 Engage the shoulders, wrists, and arms properly
🦶 Create strong, grounded foundations through your hands and feet
🔄 Understand weight shifting and balance
🪶 Play with entry techniques for postures like Crow, Side Crow, Bird of Paridise, Headstand, and more
Expect plenty of step-by-step guidance, hands-on support (as desired), and modifications to meet you wherever you are. We’ll move at a supportive pace, creating a space where you can explore, fall, fly—and have a whole lot of fun doing it.
This workshop is perfect for students who want to deepen their physical practice, overcome fear, and feel more grounded in their bodies as they build toward arm balances and inversions.
Come curious. Leave stronger. Fly with confidence.
