Can I bring my nursing baby or young child to the show?

The Forgotten Carols is recommended for ages 5 and older. If you choose to bring a slightly younger child, each person entering the hall must have a ticket. In order to provide a favorable experience for all attendees, NO children 2 and under, including babes-in-arms, will be allowed.

Who is in the cast this year?

Take part in this historic tour as we introduce Scott McLean in the role of John, as his father, the great Michael McLean  passes the baton to this gifted actor!  Also, a new actress will be playing Connie Lou - you saw her last year as Lillian Chamberlain.  Come feel the magic of this epic tour!

If I can not use my ticket, can I get a refund?

It is industry standard not to offer refunds on ticket purchases.   You are, however, welcome to transfer/sell your ticket to another person.

What happens if a show is canceled?

Accepted Answer

If a show is canceled by the Producer due to illness or inclement weather, etc. you will receive a refund for your ticket purchase.  If the show runs as scheduled and you choose not to attend, for any reason, a refund will not be given.  Note that shows are very rarely canceled.

Do you offer hearing assistance devices at any of the Forgotten Carols shows?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer these devices.

Do you have ASL interpreters for any of The Forgotten Carols shows?

Accepted Answer

We can arrange ASL interpreters, upon request.  Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance to the Box Office or to tickets@

Are there discounts available?

There are no military or senior discounts for The Forgotten Carols, we do offer group discounts.  The group discount is 15% off when purchasing 10 tickets in one order.  BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER, send an email to grouptickets@forgottencarols.com to receive an automatic response with instructions.

Will Forgotten Carols merchandise be available at the performance?

Yes, tour exclusive Forgotten Carols merchandise will be available before the show, during intermission and after the show.  Note that lines are shorter before the show and the lobby opens 1 hour prior to the show start time.
