Can I use The Flutter Express round-trip service for a one-way trip?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can! To travel one way, buy a round-trip ticket and note in the "special notes" section that you're using the service one way. If you need a separate return pick-up, purchase a round-trip ticket for that date, mention one-way return in the notes, and select your drop-off point.

Where can I park my car?

You can park at any of our departure  pick-up locations in Rensselaer or Albany, NY. Parking at all departure pick-up locations is at your own risk.

Will the Boston drop-off or pick-up  location change due to traffic or other delays?

The Flutter Express is not responsible for traffic delays. Due to traffic conditions and other factors in Boston, we may need to adjust  drop-off or pick-up locations within the city. We are committed to ensuring the best service possible and appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

What is the customer cancellation policy for The Flutter Express?

Passengers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel more than four (4) days (96 hours) prior to departure, regardless of the reason. Please note, the Eventbrite fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Cancellations made within four (4) days of departure are not eligible for a refund.
