With a steady, circular breath, we bypass the thinking mind and tap straight into the body—where emotions, tension, and trauma are stored. As the breath builds, pressure releases. What’s been held in—grief, anger, fear, sadness, shame—it rises up and moves out. This isn’t about forcing or believing, just breathing, and allowing the floodgates to open.

It’s about surrendering to the natural intelligence of your body and letting it do what it’s been waiting to do and let it all rush out!

What to Expect

We’ll use a conscious, circular breath—about 90% in, 90% out—in a steady, rhythmic pattern over an extended period of time. Within minutes, your thinking mind will begin to soften, and you will enter a trance-like state. If you’re breathing with the guidance, your body will begin to express on its own—crying, shaking, moving, sounding. Do not allow the ego to run the show here, this is the part where surrender is important!

These expressions are completely normal and natural for releasing emotion.

You are going to be supported in a safe space where your body can process what your mind alone is unable to. Stored tension, old emotional wounding, and outdated beliefs tend to rise to the surface so they can finally be processed and released.

Every Divine Emergence journey includes integration support. You won’t be left wondering afterward. You’ll receive guidance, tools, and space to land the experience, understand it, and apply what came through into your dailyl life.

This ceremony includes loud music and emotional release. People often scream, cry, shake, or express physically. If you’re sensitive to intense energy or sound, this may not be the right fit.

Parts of this session may be photographed or filmed for future marketing. We will never share any deeply personal moments without your clear permission. If you don’t want to be recorded, let us know when you arrive and we’ll honor that .
