This workshop is FREE. It's inspired on the book “Signs of Life: The 5 Universal Shapes and How to Use Them”. Written by cultural anthropologist and writer Angeles Arrien.

This research led to the “Preferential ShapeTest” which determines the connection between a person's preference for particular shapes and that person's inner states of being.

What Signs of Life invites you to do is to arrange and value the five universal shapes in order of your current personal preference.

You will then take the “Preferential Shape Test” to find your preferred shapes and in order of preference from 1 to 5.

Lastly, you’ll create a mandala incorporating all five universal shapes in order to reveal your inner state now and the direction your values are taking you.
