Join us for The Farley Center Family Workshop, located at 221 Bulifants Boulevard unit b, Williamsburg, VA, USA. This in-person event is perfect for loved ones looking to better understand addiction, treatment, recovery, and the effects of loving someone with addiction.

Our workshop offers a variety of topics to help you find a recovery of your own. The Farley Center at Williamsburg Place recognizes that addiction affects the entire family. We offer the Family Workshop to assist family members and patients to cope with the consequences of addiction. This workshop provides an interactive learning experience by exploring the following topics:

  • The neurobiology of addiction
  • How addiction affects families
  • Trauma, Co-dependency, Helping, and Enabling
  • Exploring Boundaries
  • Resources for Recovery
  • Continuing care
  • Skills for effective communication

You can expect to be with others who have been what you have been through and begin to heal some of the hurts that are frequently caused by addiction. We look forward to connecting with you during the two-day weekend workshop.
