The Experimental Dinner is your opportunity to be one of only a limited number of guests to preview the upcoming season's menu at Tierra Sur. 7 courses, multiple wine pairings, the opportunity to learn from Chef Austin about how to create balanaced dishes, and your feedback into the dishes and preferred wine pairings that will affect the menu before it goes live.

Menu subject to change. Due to the format of the dinner modifications and substitutions will not be available. Must be 21 to attend. Attendees are not permitted to do wine tastings before, during, or after the event.
