⏰ Doors open at 12:30 PM—guests will not have access to the bar or venue until doors open. Arrive early (but not before 12:30 PM) to secure the best spot for mingling and setting the perfect mood for the fabulous journey ahead.

✨ The show starts at 1:30 PM sharp—don’t miss a moment of the fierce performances, vibrant energy, and over-the-top fun. Be sure to arrive in time to order food and drinks before the show begins!

• Do not photograph or film children without direct permission from their parent or guardian.
• Do not post any content that includes minors or performers without consent. Any violation of this policy will result in removal from the venue and a ban from future events if content is shared without consent or used to harass participants. We take this seriously to ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all.

👑 All Ages Welcome: We encourage parents and guardians to consider the show's content and energy when deciding to bring younger guests. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Non-alcoholic slushies are available, and children 3 and under may sit on a parent’s lap without needing a separate seat.

🤝 Community-Style Seating:When you purchase tickets, you’ll be assigned a table and seat number. Upon arrival, we’ll scan your ticket and escort you to your table. Here’s how it works:

• No Empty Seats: Please fill all seats at your table to maximize space.
• Holding Seats: You may only hold seats for the number of tickets your group purchased.
• Multiple Tables: If your group is split between tables, please only occupy your assigned tables.

🍴 Food, Drinks, & Tipping:

• Food & Drinks: Not included in your ticket price. Order at the bar or food window—thank you for your patience with our team!
• Tipping Staff: Show love to our hardworking team with a tip!
• Tipping Performers: Tipping is a cherished drag tradition! Tip during or after numbers, or digitally via Venmo to @PrismaticEventsSTL (include performer’s name in the comment).
