This event takes place on June 27, 2026, at the Indiana Roof Ballroom, located at 140 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204, and is hosted by The Bookworm Ball, LLC.

From sparkling photo moments to mysterious treasures, this is an evening where fantasy and reality intertwine and memories are made to last forever.

Refund policy: All ticket sales are final. This event follows a strict no-refund policy.

Parking details: The venue does not provide on-site parking. Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own parking.

Age limit: Guests must be 18 years or older as of the day of the event. The Bookworm Ball, LLC reserves the right to check IDs at entry and deny access if age requirements are not met. No refunds will be issued.

Code of conduct: Respectful behavior is expected toward all venue staff, vendors, authors, Bookworm Ball staff, volunteers, and fellow attendees. Any guest acting in a disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive manner may be escorted from the event without refund.
