The Emerald Wine Experience at Shamrock Hills

The Emerald Experience is an elevated wine tasting like no other at Shamrock Hills Vineyard and Winery. Designed for those looking to deepen their appreciation for wine, this intimate tasting experience takes place in a variety of stunning settings around the winery—from a table set in the vineyard, to the small stage by the pond, or on the covered patio.

During this experience, you’ll enjoy a carefully curated charcuterie board paired with your wine tastings and receive personalized, one-on-one time with the owners. They will guide you through the tasting, sharing insights into the winemaking process, flavor profiles, and the unique story behind each wine. Weather permitting, you’ll also take a short walk through the vineyard to learn about the grape-growing process and the challenges of viticulture.

The Emerald Experience will be offered once a month to the public as we fine-tune this exclusive event. Eventually, we will offer more opportunities to experience it. Each session is by reservation only, ensuring a personalized, relaxed atmosphere.
