As the earth leans toward the light and we approach the Spring Equinox, you’re invited into a sacred evening at the StarHouse: a temple space to shed winter, awaken your heart, and step through the Emerald Gate of renewal.

This ceremony weaves together:

• Guided Breathwork
  To clear stagnation, soften the nervous system, and open the heart field.
• Heart-Centered Guided Meditation
  A journey into the green ray of healing, rebirth, and gentle courage.
• Multi-Layered Sound Bath
  Gongs, crystal bowls, crystal pyramid, tuning forks, shruti box, shamanic drum, Tibetan bowl and bell, Koshi and stone chimes, and subtle percussive textures to:
• Neutralize & clear old energies
• Open the heart and subtle channels
• Break patterns of contraction and fear
• Free the voice, body, and imagination
• Integrate new frequencies of vitality and self-trust
• Aromatherapy & Energetic Attunement
  Intuitive use of essential oils and energetic support to anchor your intentions for the season ahead.

What to Bring

• A yoga mat or pad to lie on
• Cozy blanket and pillow (and extra layers – StarHouse can be cool)
• Water bottle
• Journal and pen (optional, for integration)
• An item for the altar if you feel called (crystal, small photo, symbol of your rebirth)

****IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS*****

Park at the top lot. When you reach the top of the first incline, there will be a wooden entrance to the right. Please park in any space to the left of the trail entrance, then follow the lights down to the Temple about halfway down the hill.
