This evening’s theme: What Kind of World Do We Want to Live In?
No matter where anyone sits on the political spectrum, almost all of us can agree that we face some strong challenges in our current society. Join us to see if we can envision a different, better world. Is it possible to come to any consensus, or are we doomed to be forever divided?
Around the Fire Conversations
We live in a time when so many of us feel divided, rushed, or isolated. Yet beneath it all, we long for connection — to be heard, to hear others, and to feel that we belong.
The Embers Series is a set of guided, themed conversations designed to bring people together in an atmosphere of warmth, safety, and curiosity. Like gathering around a fire, these evenings invite us to slow down, listen deeply, and share what matters most.
Each event has a unique theme — from loneliness and belonging, to what kind of world we want to live in, to the secret life of secrets, to the art of curiosity, to how to have better conversations, and beyond. You don’t need to prepare anything or “have the right answers.” You just need to bring yourself.
