What do I need to bring?

Mats and blankets will be provided, bring whatever else you need to meditate comfortably and a journal to record your experiences.

Do I need any prior experience working with plant medicines or journeying?

This gathering is open to all levels of experience and to anyone interested in deepening their relationship with the plants and with dreaming.
