What time is the event?

Doors open at 6pm, with half an hour for exploring the gallery. The talk begins at 6:30pm, and lasts for about an hour, with time for questions and a last look at the exhibition. The event finishes by 8pm.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the Beecroft Art Gallery is fully accessible. There is a lift to access the first floor of the gallery for the exhibition, and the talk will be held in the lecture theatre, which is fully wheelchair accessible.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

No, we accept both tickets displayed on phones and printed tickets.

Are there toilets available?

Yes, toilets are available on the ground floor of the gallery.

Once booked can I change the time or day of the visit or have my ticket refunded?

No, unfortunately we are unable to change the date or time of the visit once booked. To avoid any disappointment, we would ask that before completing the purchase of tickets you are confident in being able to fulfil your booking. Tickets are non-refundable.
