"The Desert - 40 Hours in the Son" is a Catholic Men's retreat designed and presented by Christ in You - CMC with help from clergy of the Diocese of Beaumont. The Desert is inspired by the 40 days in which Jesus ventured out into the desert to strengthen himself to begin His ministry. 40 hours in the Son will strengthen your personal relationship with Jesus so that you may devote your life to living His will for you. As men, His will for us is to know him, love him, and lead others to Him. As men we must become the spiritual leaders in our family, Church, and community.

Our upcoming retreat will be held from Oct 31 - Nov 2. Check-in time is 6pm on Friday. . Dinner will be served on Friday followed by 3 meals on Saturday, and breakfast Sunday. Please dress comfortably but modestly. Please no tank tops or sleeveless shirts and no cutoff shorts. You may bring an extra pillow or blanket. Bed linens and one towel/wash cloth will be provided.
