The Descent: Night Tide Sound Journey

Join us for an immersive sound experience designed to help the body unwind and the mind grow quiet. This journey weaves gongs, bowls, drum, chimes, and more, into layered tones that gently guide you inward. It’s a time to pause, release what’s ready to fall away, and reconnect with deeper rhythms of rest and renewal.

Led by Teresa of Alchemy Hillyard.

What to Expect

Soft lighting, intentional setup, and space for deep nervous-system rest

A guided landing meditation followed by a journey of sound immersion

Gong, bowls, drum, chimes, and other resonant instruments

Optional time afterward for reflection, sharing, or journaling

What’s Provided

Alchemy supplies yoga mats, blanket, pillow, cushion, and bolster so you can fully relax into the experience.

You’re welcome to bring anything additional that helps you feel grounded or comfortable—a favorite blanket, eye cover, small talisman, journal, etc.
