Overview

We’ll explore how the body remembers, learn about somatic & spiritual teachings while practicing somatic exercises to soften the body & soul

Join me for a fresh new start in 2026 for the very first session of my new monthly somatic immersion series!!


In this class, we’ll explore how the body remembers, how emotions, memories, stress responses, and suppressed feelings don’t just vanish… they settle into tissue, fascia, posture, and breath patterns, shaping how we move, react, and carry ourselves in life.


As a Somatic Guide, Yoga Instructor, Spiritual Life Coach, Shadow-worker and Sound Practitioner, I am honored to blend these together to help teach others to utilize in their own lives!


✨Teachings during classes:

I will gently cover topics like:

• how emotions store in the body

• why somatic work actually works

• nervous system layers & responses

• fascia + trauma & memory

• embodiment as a medicine

• why the body leads, and the mind follows

This is education for self-awareness, not self-judgment.



✨Practice & embodiment:

Then we’ll move into the experiential parts:

• breathwork to drop into the body

• cacao, kava or tea blends to settle the body and mind

• a somatic floor-based body scan

• gentle yin-style movement or restorative poses

• reflective prompts or music

• sound bowls to help regulate the nervous system

Not “doing the poses” — but feeling into them.



✨Reflection & Integration

We’ll finish with exercises like:

• somatic mapping (“where did I feel contraction vs openness?”)

• short journaling process and/or group discussions

• gentle awareness integration

• community grounding and chit-chat after

This isn’t about forcing emotion out — it’s about letting tension unwind, letting sensation speak, and giving your body a voice.
