This is going to be an absolute banger. Beloved (by many) Buffalo food writer, restaurant critic and local food advocate Andrew Galarneau will curate and prepare (with the assistance of Jeff and Phil) a multi-course meal inspired by his travels and experiences here at home. Be regaled with his stories and anecdotes from his many years as a journalist, food lover and cook as you enjoy the menu that represents him!
Will the critic's food stand up to his own standards...and will he meet yours? Only those who join us for this perhaps once-in-a-lifetime opprotunity will know for sure...but I can tell you this: He has been a respected friend to the restaurant industry and I know him to be a man of his word with impeccable integrity and taste. There will a curated cocktail and drink menu available by package or a la carte and come and join us starting at 5:00 for a cash bar cocktail hour. Dinner service promptly at 6:00 pm.
