A New Play by Meghan O’Toole

This energetic, humorous and dramatic one-act play is a 2025 conversation with Corning women; past, present and future. The play explores local women's and reproductive rights history. Join us for an evening of discovery, debate and inspiration. Learn the courageous stories of eight local women who paved the way for the freedoms we have today.

Subject matter is suitable for those 14 years and older: racism, suicide, women's reproductive rights and sexual health, and prostitution are discussed in this play. There is no intermission. Venue is wheelchair accessible.

This project is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrant program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes.
