On Wednesday, August 27, we’re turning our kitchen over to some of the most celebrated chefs in the country—Michelin-starred masters and James Beard Award winners—for a single, collaborative tasting event unlike anything Whitefish has seen before.

Each course is crafted by a different chef. Each wine pairing is intentional. Every detail has been considered. And every ticket purchased supports Fast Blackfeet, a nonprofit fighting for food sovereignty and security within the Blackfeet Nation.
