What is prohibited at this event?

Professional cameras or recording devices, selfie sticks, coolers, umbrellas, pets, outside food and non-alcoholic drinks (unless purchased in the store), outside alcohol drinks (INCLUDING alcoholic drinks purchased in the store).

Do I have to print my ticket?

You may present your printed ticket to enter the event, or show your ticket on your phone at entry. We will scan the barcode on the printed ticket or mobile device to enter event.

Do I need to bring my ID to the event?

If you plan on drinking alcohol at the event, you must present a valid photo ID, and be over 21 years of age.

Can I purchase tickets the day of the event?

Yes, if tickets are still available, you can purchase tickets inside the store at the customer service counter.

The venue is outdoors, what happens if it rains?

Stage 12 is a rain or shine venue. In the event we experience inclement weather, the show will be rescheduled. We will address these situations on a case by case basis and always make it right for our customers.

Is there additional parking for the event?

Yes! We reserve the Pearce Pavilion parking lot next door as a courtesy for our customers.

Does my child need a ticket?
