Congressman Ro Khanna represents Silicon Valley in California’s 17th Congressional District, is serving his first term, and sits on the House Budget and Armed Services committees. Congressman Khanna is committed to representing the people and ideas rooted in Silicon Valley and is working to spur greater job creation in the high-tech industry across the U.S. A dedicated political reformer, he is one of only six elected officials to refuse contributions from PACs and lobbyists. He was born in Philadelphia and his parents immigrated to the U.S. from India. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and a law degree from Yale University. Prior to serving in Congress, he taught economics at Stanford University and law at Santa Clara University, was Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and wrote the book Entrepreneurial Nation. He and his wife, Ritu, reside in Fremont, CA.

Congressman Walter Jones has had the privilege of representing Eastern North Carolina for over 22 years, and currently sits on the House Armed Services Committee. During his time in office, Congressman Jones has been a strong voice for an effective, commonsense government that returns power and control to the people. As a man who believes in the strength of faith and family, he has worked to represent the citizens of Eastern North Carolina with honor and integrity. He is a proud advocate for our nation’s veterans and active service members and co-sponsored more veteran’s legislation than any sitting member of Congress. Congressman Jones is a leader in fighting the U.S. trade deficit and leveling the playing field for American workers, as well as curbing special interests in the election process. Congressman Jones drives home to Farmville every weekend to his wife, Joe Anne, and his dog, Darby. They have one daughter, Ashley.
