Danielle Huston Speaker Bio: With over 25 years of experience in Employee Benefits, my passion and expertise is helping employers design meaningful, sustainable benefits that balance cost management with employee well-being. As an Area VP at Gallagher, I work to create systems and solutions that care for people and use my expertise to build bridges between strategy and humanity, cost and compassion. My approach goes beyond template solutions, focusing on creative, compliant strategies that prioritize both humans and long-term impact.

I bring this belief to life beyond work as the founder of Hagar's Well Foundation, supporting women—especially single parents—on their path to financial independence. Through this mission, I strive to build systems that care for people both in and outside the workplace.
