Free 90 minute Weekly Conscious Connected Breath Gathering held on Thursday evenings at 6pm central time (CDT).
Join our free weekly virtual breathing group, a welcoming space for all—whether you’re new to breathing practices or an experienced breather. This 90-minute session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and your body. We’ll begin with an embodied exercise to help you tune in to your body’s presence and arrive more fully in the moment. Then, we’ll guide you through 45 minutes of conscious connected breathing, a powerful technique that helps clear your mind, ease stress, and deepen your awareness. The session concludes with an optional break-out room for sharing, where you can reflect and connect with others in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Whether you’re just starting your breathwork journey or have been practicing for years, gathering offers a space to explore, grow, and cultivate a sense of calm and connection with others.
