Wing Lam

Wing Lam is a restaurateur, surfer, speaker, and philanthropist known as the owner andco-founder of Wahoo's Fish Tacos. He is also a community leader and philanthropist working in the fast-casual dining experience for over 30 years.In more detail:

• Co-founder of Wahoo's Fish Tacos: Lam co-founded the popular restaurant chain with his brothers, Ed and Mingo Lee, in 1988.
• Restaurant Industry Experience: He has nearly 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
