Seattle has the talent, but it’s been missing a space where that talent can grow together. The Breakdown was built to change that a place for real conversation, shared knowledge, and genuine inspiration.

This experience is about breaking down more than just the haircut. It’s about exploring the mindset, craft, and culture that shape the industry.

You’ll learn from educators Yoshi and Zach, who will share their approach to purposeful craftsmanship. Then, sit in on an open conversation with Julius Caesar, founder of STMNT, as he dives deep into creativity, leadership, and building a lasting brand.
