The Box is where we begin. It gives shape to our lives—offering structure, safety, and a sense of self. But the longer we stay inside, the more its walls start to close in. What once held us together begins to hold us back. Eventually, we break free—only to find ourselves in a new Box, built of different expectations, habits, or beliefs.

This isn’t failure. It’s a rhythm. One that repeats every time we grow.

The Box isn’t here to trap you. It’s here to show you something. Your job isn’t to destroy it. Your job is to recognize when it’s time to step beyond it.

In this interactive, one-hour webinar, we’ll explore:

🔹 The Box as an archetypal landscape: its structure, symbols, and story

🔹 How to recognize when a supportive structure becomes a limiting one

🔹 The light side of The Box (discipline, order, identity)

🔹 The shadow sides of The Box (rigidity, stagnation, false security)

🔹 How to find agency inside the Box—and the courage to leave it

This is not a lecture. It’s a conversation. A space to reflect, share, and begin to see your story in a new way.

👤 About the Facilitator

I created Unwritten because I needed it myself. At 40, I found myself anxious, adrift, and unsure why the life I’d built didn’t feel like mine. So I stripped away all distractions—no screens, no people, just me in the New Mexico desert. And what I found wasn’t an answer. It was curiosity. The same kind I used to feel in the middle of a novel—when anything could still happen. Archetypes helped me reclaim that wonder and rewrite the story I’d been unconsciously living. Now, I help others do the same.
