Have you ever noticed tension in your shoulders after a stressful day? Or felt that sinking knot in your stomach during moments of anxiety? That’s not random—it’s your body storing emotions.


Emotions are energy in motion. When we don’t process feelings like anger, fear, or sadness, they can get stuck in our bodies, creating tension, discomfort, and even long-term physical issues.


Common storage spots?

💔 The chest (grief, heartbreak)

😰 The gut (anxiety, worry)

⚡ The hips (fear, unprocessed trauma)


But here’s the good news: You can release them. 🌿

Through somatic movement, breathwork, and mindful practices, you can reconnect with your body, move stuck energy, and create space for peace and clarity.

Not at all. This event is beginner-friendly and welcoming to all levels. Whether it’s your first time exploring somatic practices or you’ve been on this journey for a while, you’ll be guided gently every step of the way.

What do I need to prepare or bring?

Just a quiet space, a mat or comfortable surface to move on, water, and a journal (optional but encouraged). You may also want to bring a blanket or pillow to support your comfort.

Will I have to share anything personal during the event?

Nope. This is a safe space for personal exploration, not forced sharing. You’re welcome to participate at your own comfort level, with the option to simply observe and reflect privately.

What if I get emotional during the session?

That’s totally okay — and often a sign that something is releasing. You’ll be held in a supportive container, and I’ll offer grounding techniques to help you move through emotions gently and safely.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’ve been feeling heavy, stuck, disconnected, or ready to shift emotional weight you can’t quite name — this is for you. It’s a space to release, reset, and return to your inner calm with guidance and intention.
