Week 1: Introduction to Entrepreneurship

In this session, we will discuss benefits and challenges of becoming an entrepreneur, finding your why and creating the vision and mission of the venture.

Week 2: Identifying Target Market & Customer Needs

In this session, topics to be covered will include identifying target markets, analyzing competitors, how to conduct market research, and effective methods to market to your audience.

Week 3: Business Operations + Management

Session 3 we will dive deep into ways to structure your business, tax compliance, location, insurance and hiring best practices.

Week 4: Financial Fundamentals

In session 4, attendees will explore personal and business financial best practices, how to access capital, and an overview of financial statements.

Week 5: Business Plan

For session 5, you will walk away with the key components of a business plan that include writing an executive summary, descriptions & objectives as well as an interactive activity to put it all toge...

Week 6: Reflect + Review

In the final session, we will provide a "ready to launch" checklist and set-up you up for success in the next steps for your business.
