Join us at Marconi Chiropractic and Wellness for a relaxing and creative gathering.
This special event includes a 30–45 minute guided sound bath to help you calm your mind and relax your body, followed by a hands-on bouquet-making session where you’ll create your own floral arrangement in a ceramic vase to take home.

Come unwind, de-stress, and tap into your creative energy in a welcoming, community-centered space.
All materials for the bouquet are provided — just bring yourself and a willingness to relax and bloom!

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, and water. You’re also welcome to bring anything else that will help you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible during the sound bath — such as an eye mask, cozy socks, or an extra cushion. All materials for the bouquet-making are provided!

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a guided relaxation experience where you are "bathed" in soothing sound frequencies from instruments like crystal singing bowls. It's designed to help calm your mind, relax your body, and leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.

Is the event beginner-friendly?

Yes!! No experience is needed for either the sound bath or bouquet making. This experience is all about relaxation, creativity, and connection.

How long is the event?

The experience will last about 1.5-2 hours total. The sound bath will be around 30-45 minutes, followed by bouquet making and community time.

What if I need to cancel?

If you can no longer attend, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can open your spot to someone else.
