Welcome to The Big Stone Gap Grizzly Obstacle Run!

Get ready to run, crawl, climb, and splash!! Its time for the annual Big Stone Gap tradition!! The Big Stone Gap Grizzly Obstacle Run!!!!!. Join us at the Big Stone Gap Visitors Center where you will start the trek through water, obstacles, mud, and a fantastic ice bath!

Keep in mind while selecting a wave that the first few are typically the most competitive. If you're running it purely for the fun experience, you might want to opt for one of the later waves.

Running as a group? While teams can't register ahead of time, they will be able to register the day of the event and will get a discounted rate of $30/person for teams of five or more. Teams will run at 2:15pm.
