In this training, you’ll learn the fundamental techniques required to play crystal singing bowls from a musical perspective. We’ll cover body mechanics, proper contact techniques, rotational control, and how to create smooth and consistent resonance. You’ll also explore tone association, gaining a clear understanding of how different frequencies influence the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. From there, we introduce essential music theory concepts and chord combinations that will help you begin crafting intentional and cohesive soundscapes.
