Grab your girls and join us for a fun and feel-good afternoon of movement, connection, and self-care. We'll kick things off with a full-body group workout at 2PM — all fitness levels welcome. After the workout, stay to treat yourself to an afternoon of shopping, beauty, and wellness experiences from amazing local vendors.
