Where can I park?

There is plenty of parking near the Calgary Petroleum Club. Underground parking is available at Calgary Place (across from the Westin Hotel) as well as Bow Valley Square. Meter parking is also free after 6:00 p.m. on 5th Avenue, 2nd Street, and 3rd Street.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Our gourmet buffet is thoughtfully designed to suit 99.9% of dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and other common preferences. However, if you have severe allergies or specific concerns, please let us know in advance so we can ensure your meal is safe and enjoyable.

Can I bring a guest?

We love meeting new people and encourage anyone interested to apply! In order to maintain the non-compete environment, guests who are with a different company must also complete an individual application before attending.

What if I can't stay for the full evening?

Accepted Answer

We get it, your time is valuable. You're welcome to arrive or leave as needed, though we recommend attending from the beginning to get the most out of the experience, doors open at 6:00 PM and dinner begins at 7:00 PM with our speaker starting directly after.
