The Association Cocktail Classes

CLASS BY ASSOCIATION offers cocktail enthusiasts an opportunity to delve deeper and refine their knowledge of cocktails. Classes explore bar basics, tools and techniques as well as individual spirits, their history and use in classic and contemporary cocktails.

The Association hosts the one-hour class every Fridays & Saturdays from 8pm-9pm.

All classes are $45 per person and include:

• 1-hour PRIVATE cocktail class

• Tasting of 3-4 craft cocktails

• Social Hours 9-10:30pm with special cocktail pricing

For optimized enjoyment, we limit classes to 25 seats.

Registration is required for participation. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for different dates.

NOVEMBER

SATURDAY 11/1: SPARKLING WINE COCKTAILS Who doesn't love a good mimosa? But, there's a lot more to sparkling wine cocktails, and you're going to thank us later. Brunch game = elevated.

FRIDAY 11/7: COGNAC Easily one of the most popular spirits in the world, sign up for this class to learn how to make drinks with France’s delicious creation.

SATURDAY 11/8: LA COCKTAILS Los Angeles isn't just home of Tiki drinks it’s also the birthplace of some of the greatest drinks ever made. This class will concentrate on the best new drinks coming out of the city of angels and all of the classics that put us on the map for bars worldwide.

FRIDAY 11/14: CLASSICS While choice of cocktails is down to personal preference, there are some classic cocktails that have stood the test of time and remain amongst the most popular cocktails ordered in bars around the world today.

SATURDAY 11/15: TEQUILA  You've been drinking the wrong tequila, let us show you the way. Here we discuss the different aging processes and flavor profiles that makes this spirit one of the most popular in the world… and for good reason.

FRIDAY 11/21: COCKTAILS ACROSS THE WORLD Think of it like a really cool foreign exchange program. Here we explore some of the national cocktails and local libations from countries around the world.

SATURDAY 11/22: SPICY 🌶 Love your spicy cocktails? There's more out there than just spicy margaritas. Learn about some of the most popular spicy cocktails of today.

FRIDAY 11/28: TIKI The origins of these “Island” style cocktails may surprise you. Come for the fresh flavors, stay for the rum… lots and lots of rum.

SATURDAY 11/29: FIRE Our most popular class, here we will show you the secrets of our famous old fashioned on fire, as well as other techniques to impress all your friends at your next party.
