This workshop is designed to help you elevate your holiday gatherings with pairings that feel effortless and genuinely delicious. You’ll explore flavors that highlight tradition, surprising combinations that delight, and simple principles you can use for every celebration ahead.
Your guide for the evening is Dana Peixotto, Lead Wine Educator for Page Cellars. Known for her inviting, down-to-earth teaching style, Dana blends deep technical expertise with an intuitive understanding of what makes holiday wines shine. She also operates Left on the Vine, where she creates approachable, confidence-building classes for wine lovers at every level.
Her credentials include Vinitaly Italian Wine Ambassador, WSET Level 4 Diploma, Associate of Applied Science in Winemaking, and French Wine Scholar.
