Together we’ll dive deep into the world of wild yeast, fermentation, and delicious breadmaking on 6/18: 11:00 am - 4:30 pm + 6/19 11:00 am - 1:30 pm. What to know before coming to class:

All in-person classes take place in Chef Stacy's home kitchen. Please arrive 10 minutes before class time to find parking and Chef Stacy's apartment. We provide aprons, or you can bring your own. Unless noted in the class description above, all of our classes are hands-on and we cook together.

Are there refreshments? Can I bring wine?

Beverages will be provided. You may bring additional refreshments, including beer or wine. Please drink responsibly. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during the class.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking. Accommodations are not guaranteed but will be attempted.

Where are you located?

Classes are held in Chef Stacy's home kitchen in Mission Viejo, CA. Don't worry, we will send an email with exact directions to our location. Please note there is a cat on the premises. Those with extreme allergies are encouraged to instead take virtual classes.
