The Art of Sobriety- Make a Mask

This art therapy group will offer art making and creative engagement to help inspire participants who are on a sobriety path. The layers involved in addiction recovery are complex and adding creativity into the process can be hugely inspirational, insightful, helpful, and surprising. No art experience required.

oday’s session will focus on the metaphor of a mask. Participants will receive plaster masks to embellish and explore the role masks play in the sobriety journey.
