The Art of Living & Loving is a 6-week live, online course designed to help you reset, reconnect, and renew your relationship from the inside out.
Sessions are held on Saturdays at 10:00am EST and are 90-minutes.
Led by Michelle Scolaro, licensed therapist and founder of Thrive in Paradise retreats, this program blends clinical expertise, transformational coaching, and embodied practices in a supportive, interactive group setting.
Each week, you and your partner will experience powerful tools, guided practices, and partner rituals that create lasting intimacy, trust, and joy.
By the end of this journey, participants will:
- 🌿 Reset nervous systems to release burnout and reawaken presence.
- 💙 Balance self-compassion (Yin & Yang) to prevent resentment and depletion.
- 🌟 Clarify a shared Couples Vision Statement that inspires and unites.
- 🌀 Identify and release old limiting stories that block intimacy.
- 🗣️ Practice Sacred Communication that fosters emotional safety and repair.
- 🔥 Reignite embodied intimacy through touch, play, and ritual.
- 🕊️ Leave with a Relationship Renewal Ritual to sustain love for years to come.
