The Art of Ikebana: An Introduction to Japanese Flower Arrangement

Enoch Pratt Free Library is excited to host the current Ikebana Baltimore Chapter President, David Rose, for this hands-on introductory class to the refined art of Ikebana. This workshop will focus on the Moribana style — where water is visible within the container. Participants will explore the beauty in simplicity, creating elegant arrangements that emphasize the "less is more" philosophy.

All materials—including a container, flowers, line elements, and a kenzan (flower frog)—will be provided.
