Ahhh, summer. We love it, pine for it all winter long...and complain about the heat when it's here. If this sounds like you, you're probably a New Englander. It also probably means you really, really like ice cream! Our freezers are full of some of the best artisanal ice cream producers you'll find anywhere. It's time to take a break and beat the heat at the unique Formaggio Kitchen event.
Indulge your sweet tooth and senses through an unforgettable exploration of all things ice cream. Join our own educator Adam Centamore for The Art of Ice Cream - a curated tasting where premium creations meet unexpected, elevated toppings from all over the gourmet world! You'll sample a variety of incredible, small-batch ice creams with flavors ranging from tried-and-true classics to fantastically creative recipes (Goat cheese and cherry? Black sesame?)
To make the experience even more delicious, we'll be offering up some creative topping options to take the pairings to the next level. Sure, sprinkles are tasty, but what about Parmigiano Reggiano crisps, yuzu fruit zest, or Cognac-soaked dried cherries? There are so many ways to elevate your ice cream game! While enjoying all the frozen treats, you'll learn pairing principles that will have you screaming for ice cream all summer long! Be sure to join us for this special tasting event.
