Dress in clothes that allow you to move comfortably. We will be seated on floor cushions so that we can lay down or stretch through out the experience. The event is in a yoga studio, shoes will need to come off.

Any other details we should know?

There is a restroom in the studio. We will have light bites and non alcoholic beverages for everyone. There will be limited aprons for anyone worried about getting paint on their clothes.
