Rosa Cisneros discovered her passion for floral design 25 years ago in Mexico, where she built a thriving business and trained aspiring florists. After immigrating to the U.S., she rebuilt her dream from the ground up, launching RMC Floral Designs in Seattle. Today, Rosa continues to teach, create, and inspire through her vibrant studio and community workshops.
