Part II of IV: Illumination Rituals - The Glow Around Us

This class is the second step in a four-part journey through sound, light, space, and energy. Each session will moves deeper into the sensory language of connection. This month we will explore how rituals using light can affect our relationships with ourselves, each other, and the world.

Illumination Rituals is an immersive, hands-on exploration of light. We will talk how about color, lighting, and shadow affect the spaces we inhabit and the connections we feel. In this session, we’ll play with projection, reflection, color washes, and the subtle ways light interacts with bodies, objects, and atmosphere.

You’ll experience a blend of visual experiments, simple ritual design, creative shadowplay, and guided prompts that help you interact with and shape your enviroment using lighting.

This class is part art study, part curiosity lab, part mindful connection practice. No experience needed, just bring a willingness to see, notice, and explore.
