This class opens a four-part journey through sound, light, space, and energy. Each month we move deeper into the sensory language of connection, exploring how rituals shape our relationships with ourselves, each other, and the world.

Echo Rituals is an immersive, hands-on exploration of sound, vibration, and the invisible connections that move between people. In this session, we’ll play with resonance, rhythm, and the subtle ways our bodies and environments respond to vibration.

You’ll experience a blend of sensory exercises, simple ritual design, sonic play, and guided creative prompts that help you tune into the “echo field” between you and the world around you.

This class is part art, part curiosity lab, part mindful connection practice. No experience needed, but please bring a willingness to listen, feel, and experiment.
